Articulating Mold Carts

A custom solution we provided, essential for quick mold changes and accessibility. Single station mold carts enable safe mold transport and changing to and from the side of vacuum forming molding machines. Dual station carts are also available.

Clamping Frames

Features:

• Virtually eliminates air leakage, cutting maintenance and downtime
• Delivers twice the clamping pressure of conventional scissor-type clamps
• Clamps thick as well as thin sheet
• Reduces trim waste

• Transfers heat closer to edge of sheet allowing higher quality pulls
• Prevents damage to sheet and clamp frame
• Allows existing ovens to accommodate larger tool sizes and blanks
• Locates sheet accurately in frame
